CENTER RULES

The payment of the FEE, for the courses that have a monthly payment schedule, must be made in advance THE FIRST FIVE DAYS OF EACH MONTH.

In the rest of the courses, the full payment must be made before the beginning of these.

All courses have their corresponding payment calendar, which will be informed to the student and will be provided at the time of registration.

Cancellations must be communicated to the Center 10 days before the first day of the month. If this is not the case, you will be obliged to pay the fee, whether or not you attend the classes.

As long as a student does not notify the management of his withdrawal, he will be considered as enrolled.

If the student leaves the center once the month has begun, he must pay the full course fee, either monthly or full, depending on the payment schedule of the latter.

The fee is fixed and independent of the month considered, since it is an annual average, calculated based on the academic calendar set by the Delegation of Education and Science and by the guidelines governed by the Non-Regulated Teaching Agreement.

The schedule must be met with a maximum margin of 5 minutes late, if it is not respected, the teacher may deny the student entry to class, as long as the causes are not duly justified.

In the event that a student cannot attend class, please notify the address.

Classes can end 5 minutes before the established time to allow the cleaning of the classrooms at the entrance/exit of students.

If the number of students in a group is reduced to less than 4, the center reserves the right to make the pertinent adjustments (schedule readjustment, reduction of hours, integration into another group, etc.), notifying the students in advance. .

The data managed by this company will be governed by the LOPD, so that the interested party may exercise their right to delete, modify and transfer the data according to the regulations established in this regard.

EXPULSION AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Failure to comply with the following rules will imply that the management acts accordingly, in order to ensure the proper functioning of the classes:

The use of mobile phones in class is totally prohibited, except with the express permission of the teacher.

Smoking and eating in the classrooms, or any other activity that compromises the hygiene of the Center is prohibited.

Under no circumstances may the Center’s school furniture be painted, considering this, if it occurs, as a serious misconduct. The student or the person in charge of it will have to take charge of the arrangement of the fixed assets.

Puerta Real Academy reserves the Right of Admission for those students who are considered incompatible with the general course of the classes due to insufficient number of attendance hours, lack of payment or other reasons.

BULLYING POLICY

According to this, Academia Puerta Real will act against any case of physical, verbal, psychological, moral and social aggression; discrimination based on birth, race, sex, economic capacity, social level, sexual orientation and identity, political, moral or religious convictions, as well as physical or mental disabilities, or any other personal or social condition or circumstance.
